The strategic acquisition of stakes in First REIT and its manager, Bowsprit capital corporation limited, is key in OUELH's development of an asset-light business model as it will enable OUELH to recycle its capital for potential reinvestments. We believe that being asset-light will greatly increase our capital efficiency and flexibility to capture future growth opportunities.
